Terms and Conditions

-Security-

Your credit card details are initially encrypted and then erased from the system as soon as a transfer of funds has taken place.

-Availability-

We endeavour to have full availability on all our products at all times, should there be any delay we will telephone/email you to let you know the delivery timescale.

-Payment-

Payment can be made by made by most of the major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, and Solo. Payment can also be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal, and Money Order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

-Delivery-

Delivery of orders will be between 1 to 4 business days within the U.K. mainland. We will notify you once the item has been shipped. All deliveries MUST be signed for, if any of the contents appear to be damaged, the package must be signed for as 'DAMAGED' and we must be notified immediately. Any item signed for without any comment, or even 'unchecked' is considered to be received in good condition. Delivery charges are as indicated on the order form. Overseas customers please make sure you use the drop down menu to choose your country, any custom or import duties must be borne by the recipient as we have no control over these charges. English Law will apply, the courts of England and Wales will hear any disputes.

-Warranty-

Warranty covers replacement, repair or refund, at option of UKMEMORY. Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from UKMEMORY.

-Returns-

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days and we will issue a refund for the price of the item. We will be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost should the item returned not be faulty, this will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please go to www.ukmemory.com/returns and you will be issued with a returns number. An item should never be returned to us without a returns number as this will delay your replacement. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

-VAT-

UKMEMORY is required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to the UK and most countries within the European Union.

-Privacy Policy-

Any concerns you may have regarding our privacy policy please contact us. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. We only request information given at the time of ordering or registering to be able to provide you with a better service, no other method of information collection is undertaken. We can assure you that we do distribute our customer database and it is of UKMEMORY use only. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
